arm balances and inversion workshops.
Our workshops are PERFECT for anyone new to arm balances/inversions, or those that have a fear of headstands/handstands and just getting inverted in general.
They are also invaluable to practicing yogis looking to build a strong foundation to strengthen and expand their arm balance and inversion practice.
You will learn a wide range of arm balances, how to incorporate them into your daily practice, and ways that you can develop and strengthen a consistent
and solid inversion practice.
Come and be fearless as Jeni and Brett assist you in breaking the barrier of YOUR comfort zone, awakening you to new aspects of what is possible within YOU.
We keep our workshop sizes small to allow for hands on attention, to ensure that your questions are answered, and to allow you to explore what your yogi soul is craving in a safe and controlled environment with LOTS of encouragement and FUN!

Consistency and building muscle memory are essential
for building a strong inversion practice.
This 4-week session will review proper body alignment,
correct warm-ups and inversion-driven strength exercises/drills designed to build a solid foundation for your inversion practice.
Weekly classes help with accountability and will utilize group training to keep members consistent, encouraged and focused while small class size allows for personal attention.
Weekly exercises/homework will be given to keep you consistent, on track and on the path to building strength, muscle memory, and the correct foundation to safely invert with confidence.
Private FB group also helps with accountability.
These classes are perfect for anyone looking to strengthen
their inversion practice from beginners on up......
